These terms govern your use of Incantio and its associated website and services. By using Incantio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of service

Incantio is a personal prompt management application. It allows you to create, organize, template, and reuse prompts for AI assistants. The application runs locally on your device. Cloud features are planned as optional paid add-ons.

Early access and waitlist

The current marketing site and waitlist are an early-access surface. The demo page stays waitlist-first, while Founder Pass uses the direct checkout path from the pricing page. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, start billing, or reserve a Founder Pass.

Joining the waitlist authorizes us to contact you about launch updates related to Incantio. It does not guarantee access by a specific date or guarantee Founder Pass availability.

Free tier

The free tier includes up to 50 prompts with full access to search, templates, import/export, keyboard shortcuts, and offline functionality. No account or payment is required for the free tier.

Paid plans

Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Founder Pass) offer additional limits and features beyond the free tier. Prices and plan details are listed on the pricing page. Founder Pass is the only plan with a direct checkout path in this wave. Solo and Pro still route to the waitlist.

Founder Pass covers 2 years from activation, not lifetime access. A Founder Pass purchase records your order and payment, but it does not create an app account automatically.

Billing and refunds

Founder Pass is the only plan with a direct checkout path in this wave. Solo and Pro still route to the waitlist. Solo and Pro do not create charges yet. Founder Pass may create a real Stripe charge and receipt when checkout succeeds.

A detailed refund workflow is not published yet. Until that operator path is formalized, any Founder Pass billing issue or refund request must be raised through the early-access page with the related Stripe receipt.

Your data

You own your data. Prompts, templates, projects, and all content you create in Incantio belong to you. We do not claim any rights to your content. You can export your data at any time using the built-in export features.

AI features

Personal provider-key support is not shipped yet as part of the public product contract. If public AI access later depends on a hosted provider or a user-supplied API key, the relevant setup, acceptable-use boundaries, and billing terms will be documented before that flow launches.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Incantio for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You are responsible for the content of your prompts and how you use them.

Disclaimer

Incantio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation (for the free tier especially), launch timing, Founder Pass availability, or compatibility with all systems. Use at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incantio and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Incantio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
