What is Incantio?

Incantio is a prompt management tool designed for individuals who work with AI assistants regularly. It helps you organize, template, and reuse your prompts instead of rewriting them from scratch every time.

The app currently includes 34 shipped features out of 39 planned — covering full-text search, template variables, AI-powered improvements, keyboard shortcuts, playbooks, analytics, and more.

Local-first by design

Your prompts are stored locally in SQLite on your device. Nothing leaves your machine unless you explicitly opt in. The core app is built around a guest/local-first flow, and public launch access is still gated behind deploy and launch readiness work.

Cloud sync is on the roadmap as an optional paid feature for users who want multi-device access or backups. The local-first approach stays the default.

Current status
